The Head of SEO will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimising the Group’s global SEO strategy across all brands and markets. This role oversees the full SEO function. Content SEO, Technical SEO, and Digital Campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility in SERPs, sustainable organic growth, and strong cross‑departmental alignment. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep iGaming experience, capable of driving performance across multiple regions and managing a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global SEO strategy across all Group brands and markets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the SEO team across Content SEO, Technical SEO, and Digital Campaigns.
- Take full ownership of Content SEO, ensuring high‑quality, user‑intent‑driven content across all websites.
- Own link‑building initiatives, identifying the best sources and allocating budgets per brand and country.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical SEO team to jointly plan and implement the SEO roadmap.
- Oversee technical SEO audits, addressing crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile‑first indexing, schema markup, and related issues.
- Work with development teams to ensure technical SEO recommendations are implemented effectively.
- Conduct advanced keyword research tailored to iGaming verticals, identifying high‑value transactional and informational keywords.
- Oversee optimisation of website content, landing pages, and new product launches for SEO performance.
- Manage internal linking strategies and site architecture to maximise organic visibility.
- Explore and implement innovative off‑page SEO tactics, including digital PR and outreach.
- Plan and upload SEO requests aimed at achieving top Google rankings for priority keywords.
- Monitor SEO performance across all brands, tracking rankings, traffic, activities, spend, and ROI.
- Define SEO KPIs and maintain robust reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Provide actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams and agencies managing FB/PPC campaigns to ensure cohesive acquisition strategies.
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated across Product, Content, Marketing, and Tech initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners when required.
- Identify new opportunities for organic growth and innovation across global markets.
- Support Group expansion by ensuring scalable SEO processes across all brands and regions.
- Perform other duties as required by Management.
