Onward Search is hiring for a Content Marketing Specialist for our healthcare client. Support the development and execution of webinar content and digital marketing plans to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement as part of omnichannel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage educational webinar content with internal teams, suppliers, and KOLs
• Align webinars with marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Collaborate on digital assets (emails, social media, landing pages, etc.)
• Ensure content reflects brand voice and corporate guidelines
• Analyze performance and contribute to content ROI strategies
• Support special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years in B2B webinar or content marketing
• Strong digital marketing and content strategy experience
• Familiarity with Zoom, Asana, and webinar production workflows
• Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills
• Dental industry knowledge a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
