About You

You’re a data-savvy marketer with a sharp eye for trends, a deep understanding of the online gambling space, and a passion for content and influencer marketing. You're equal parts analytical and creative, comfortable navigating both numbers and narratives. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to build strong relationships—especially with content creators.

For this role, you will primarily focus on English-speaking markets outside the US and UK—notably Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and key European markets—so a strong existing network or proven ability to build connections in these regions is essential.

What You'll Do

• Analyze player behavior and game performance data to guide content updates across our online casino brands.
• Curate and optimize website content to align with our brand’s tone of voice and player interests.
• Build, manage, and grow a network of streamers and content creators to promote our casino brands.
• Handle all stages of streamer collaboration: from scouting and negotiating to ongoing relationship management.
• Manage the streamers budget to ensure deals are cost-effective, ROI remains consistently positive, and collaborations bring measurable value to each brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share selected streamer content on brand social media channels for maximum exposure and engagement.

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience in online casino, iGaming, or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player behavior and performance data.
• Proven experience working with influencers or streamers—ideally in a commercial capacity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Native or fluent English speaker with strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Established relationships or strong networking capabilities in target markets (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe).
• Proven ability to manage budgets effectively, negotiate favorable deals, and track ROI for influencer and streamer campaigns.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

• Experience in content management systems (CMS)
