JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and brand visibility for Ontellus and its business units. This remote role focuses on demand generation, ABM, and multichannel campaign management, aligning closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to meet growth targets.
Success requires deep expertise in B2B marketing strategy, event execution, and performance analytics, with the ability to translate insights into action and communicate results to senior leadership.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute integrated B2B demand generation‑ programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals, coordinating campaign calendars and delegating planning
- Design and implement ABM programs targeting carriers, law firms and other niche audiences to contribute to quarterly and annual pipeline
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging ABM, content marketing, paid media, email, webinars, and SEO, ensuring effectiveness across diverse geographies and segments.
- Lead execution of virtual & physical events and tradeshows, including but not limited to pre-show planning and marketing, internal coordination and execution, and finally post-show follow-ups and data entry
- Track & assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance metrics globally, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and report results to senior leadership.
- Serve as liaison between Sales and Marketing, gathering and sharing insights to align both teams around growth goals and ensuring seamless handoff of leads
- Leverage marketing automation tools to implement scalable lead nurturing programs, ensuring consistency across international markets while accommodating regional nuances.
- Manage deadlines and communicate with key stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate and manage external partners as needed to achieve digital marketing goals
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
- Demonstrate excellent time management and attendance
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
- Minimum 10 years in marketing, advertising, or communications (Required)
- Experience with SEM, email campaigns, CRM & website functionality (Required)
- Experience creating marketing programs for a complex B2B technology or technology-enabled industry (Plus)
- Familiar with Salesforce and how it integrates with HubSpot Enterprise (Plus).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proficient with Reporting & Analysis (Salesforce Reporting, Google Analytics)
- Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a consistent level of quality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with/for multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
