One Step Software provides software to programs that help people get re-acclimated into society after struggling with addiction and mental health issues. We are looking for our first marketing hire to help us accelerate our growth and help as many programs as possible eliminate the administrative headaches of operating their programs.

This exciting role will give you the chance to create and execute powerful strategies that expand our reach and establish One Step as a trusted name in the industry.

We are a small startup and a close knit team of people who care deeply about this space and our clients.

You will report directly to the CEO in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and booked meetings, directly contributing to revenue growth.
• Content & SEO: Plan and manage engaging virtual events, webinars, interviews and build out our digital presence
• Email Outreach: Create and manage email outreach programs to effectively engage and convert prospects into customers.
• Paid Advertising: Manage paid ads across Google and Facebook to increase brand awareness and lead generation for the sales team
• Track all marketing channels and measure key metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirements:

• Experience with B2B marketing and marketing to SMBs are required
• 3+ years experience leading marketing efforts at a startup
• Creativity is a must
• Never giving up and being willing to try out ideas without fear of failure
• Experience working at a fast paced, successful tech startup
• Data driven
• Ability to track key metrics and report them to stakeholders
• Keep up with marketing trends
• Competent using AI tools to optimize your workflows
• Competent using Canva or other tools to help with design needs
