Freelance Organic Social Media Support15–19 Hours Per Week | Short-Term Freelance Engagement | Fully Flexible Working
This is a short-term freelance engagement, offered on a 1-month rolling contract with the possibility of extensions depending on business needs.
Oliver’s Travels is a leading luxury villa specialist, curating exceptional homes in the world’s most desirable destinations. From Tuscan estates to Caribbean beachfront retreats, we inspire discerning travellers to holiday differently. Following recent structural changes within the marketing function, the team’s focus and resource allocation have shifted.
We’re therefore looking for a talented freelance social media executive to support and enhance our organic social presence across key platforms.
This engagement requires approximately 15-19 hours per week, however how those hours are structured is flexible. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Designer and Performance Manager, providing hands-on support across content creation and organic channel execution during a period of transition within the marketing team.

The Opportunity:This is not a scheduling role.
You’ll support the ongoing development, growth and creative delivery of Oliver’s Travels across our organic social channels, which currently include:
• TikTok
You’ll help refine what strong organic social looks like for a luxury villa brand and play an active role in delivering it.
What You’ll Be Working On:Strategy & Growth Support
• Supporting the development and refinement of our organic social approach
• Aligning social activity with our wider marketing calendar and commercial priorities
• Identifying trends, platform updates and content opportunities
• Supporting engagement and follower growth initiatives
• Testing formats, storytelling approaches and creative ideas
Content Creation & Execution
• Creating social content (reels, video, carousels, static posts, captions)
• Maintaining a refined, premium tone of voice
• Supporting management of the content calendar across platforms
• Using tools and insights to inform content decisions
• Ensuring consistency and quality across channels
You’ll use performance data and insights to help optimise creative output and engagement.
Nature of Engagement:
• Freelance / self-employed basis
• Approximately 15–19 hours per week
• Paid on an agreed hourly rate, invoiced monthly
• Flexible working arrangement
• Deliverables and hours agreed in advance
• No obligation for ongoing work beyond the agreed contract term
Who This Role Would Suit:We’re looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience managing and growing organic social channels
• Thinks strategically while remaining hands-on
• Writes beautifully, with a refined and premium tone
• Has a strong creative eye (ideally within luxury travel, hospitality, fashion or lifestyle)
• Is confident using marketing management platforms
• Understands engagement, reach and growth KPIs
• Is self-sufficient, proactive and comfortable working independently
Most importantly, you understand how to balance brand storytelling with commercial impact.
