The Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and leads ReveNet’s daily marketing activities. This role is responsible for executing tactics that support the company’s strategic growth plans, developing and launching marketing campaigns, and ensuring all communications align with the brand positioning. The position requires a proactive self-starter with B2B marketing experience in fast-paced environments, strong digital marketing, analytics, brand management, and social media skills—especially on LinkedIn. The Marketing Manager must balance hands-on detail work with broad strategy, and embody the company’s agile, disruptive spirit as ReveNet competes against larger, established rivals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the company’s marketing and overall strategy, voicing opinion based on solid Marketing and B2B expertise.
- Execute the Company’s tactical marketing plan and to help strengthen market position to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure the marketing tactics are driving brand awareness, demand generation, cross-sell opportunity and customer acquisition.
- Work cross-functionally with other business experts such as sales and technical in the development of marketing content.
- Develop and implement persona-based marketing campaigns that increase demand and achieve customer growth goals.
- Ensure all messaging and content is persona-based and on brand to consistently optimize competitive position.
- Develop marketing benchmark criteria and KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
- Track marketing function goals and metrics and recommend adjustments to tactics and strategies as needed.
- Execute digital marketing, social, media buy, field marketing, events, and product marketing.
- Direct experience optimizing websites for SEO.
- Support the CRO in the constant improvement and refinement of sales collateral, enabling the salesforce to deliver content that resonates with the targeted ICP.
- Help identify additional marketing strategies to amplify the Company’s online presence, including website enhancements.
- Own market analysis to identify market and competitive challenges and opportunities for company growth.
- Create efficiencies through developing and refining marketing procedures.
- Partner with agency(s) on the design and execution of marketing campaigns.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field required or equivalent Industry experience.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the SMS or general wireless industry, other B2B experience will be considered.
- Direct experience with sales and marketing technology such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Platforms such as Brevo, Canva, Adobe and Google Analytics.
- Direct experience executing digital campaigns across multiple digital channels (email, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, etc.)
- Experience in persona-based campaign development, Account Based Marketing and execution across multiple channels.
- Strong Copyrighting skills.
- Skilled in the use of Ai to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Experience in managing multiple agency relationships.
- Expert knowledge in digital and social strategy including paid strategy.
- Metric driven with strong ability draw insight from complex marketing data.
- Brings best practices and innovative ideas to the organization.
- Creative problem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking.
- Disciplined collaborator and meticulous planner by nature.
- UK based is preferred; will consider candidates in European / African adjacent time zones.
