About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Lead (contract/part time) to translate strategy into execution, run social as a high-impact growth channel, and turn Nurture’s mission into magnetic content that inspires parents to follow, share, and convert.
You’ll own execution end-to-end across Instagram (primary), LinkedIn, X, and Facebook creating standout assets, growing our audience, and driving results.
What you’ll doContent Ownership & Execution
- Own the content calendar across Instagram (primary), LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Learning Editorial, and Design to surface stories and repurpose content
- Create and publish high-quality, on-brand content that aligns with strategic themes, audience needs, and broader marketing goals
- Maintain content documentation and ensure consistency across channels
Asset Production
- Design static and video assets using tools like Canva, CapCut and Figma
- Create and manage branded content templates
- Brief and manage freelancers or external creators when needed
Growth & Insights
- Track performance and share insights weekly
- Run experiments across formats and platforms, scaling what works
- Identify and source mission-aligned creators for potential partnerships
Collaboration
- Report directly to the CGO
- Work closely with a high-functioning, cross-functional growth team including Growth Lead, Product, UXR, Learning Editorial, and Design
What you bring
- 2+ years running social for a consumer product, brand, or creator, with proven audience growth
- A sharp instinct for what matters to forward-thinking parents of young kids - what excites them, keeps them up at night and inspires action
- Exceptional taste and storytelling instincts strong copy, aesthetic and creative judgment
- Hands-on ability to create polished static and video content in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Curiosity to explore new tools, AI workflows, and social formats to increase impact.
- A fast, proactive execution style - comfortable operating solo within a high-bar, low-ego team
Contract details
· Contract Type: Fixed Term / Freelance
· Commitment: Approximately 24 hours per week
