This fast-moving fashion accessories Ecommerce brand with a strong influencer presence and serious growth. Social-first, product-led, and scaling rapidly, this is a brand that understands the power of digital marketing and is ready to invest in someone who can drive it end to end.

This is a broad role which owns everything across Paid Media, Influencer Marketing, Email & SMS Marketing, Organic Social Media..... all digital strategy & execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the influencer marketing program, building partnerships that grow brand and revenue.
• Running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest and YouTube, managing 8-figure annual spend.
• Owning the email and SMS marketing strategy, from planning to automation to results
• Managing the brand’s organic social channels, ensuring consistency, relevance and engagement
• Working with our content team to develop high-performing creative across every format
• Track results, optimise performance and inform spend
• Working closely with the founder on digital strategy and growth planning

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Ecommerce across fashion, accessories or similar D2C environments
• Confidence running 8-figure annual media budgets across paid social and search
• A strong grasp of email, SMS and retention marketing
• Experience building influencer programs with commercial impact
• Hands-on execution across digital platforms, not just strategy or agency management
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership role where you can lead and deliver
