About The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Performance Manager Freelancer to join our team, with approx. 20 hours per week available for January & February. You will play a key part in driving superior results for our clients by leveraging your deep expertise in digital and performance media. You will deliver and optimise digital advertising campaigns to hit deadlines and exceed targets, and by analysing campaign and platform data, you'll develop actionable insights and recommendations that build trust and showcase the power of ntegrity's digital marketing and performance capabilities. This role can be based anywhere in Australia. About You

  • 10+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns within agency environments
  • Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics and quality assurance processes.
  • Skilled in optimising campaign performance across various channels.
  • Strong foundation in media planning and results forecasting.
  • Expertise in paid digital media including social media, search, and display advertising.
  • Proficient in conversion tracking setup and management via Google Tag Manager.
  • Some knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results for clients.
  • Preference for experience working with not-for-profit or values-based organisations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Campaign setup, delivery and ongoing optimisation
  • Focusing on campaign performance to maximise client results based on their objective
  • Providing high level advice on digital performance
  • Providing insights into campaign through weekly reports and final end of campaign report

  • You prefer routine over variety - this role requires adaptability, initiative, and comfort with shifting priorities.
  • You rely on others to set campaign strategy - we’re looking for someone who takes ownership and drives performance.
  • You’re uncomfortable working directly with clients or presenting insights and recommendations.
  • You avoid the detail - accuracy, reporting, and proactive optimisation are critical to success here.
