Product Manager

We’re looking for a Delivery Product Manager to take ownership of end-to-end product delivery for a digital platform operating in safety-critical, regulated environments.

This role is about execution excellence turning product direction into shipped, high-quality outcomes through strong delivery discipline, clear communication, and relentless focus on flow.

The Role

• You’ll be responsible for how and when work gets delivered, acting as the connective tissue between product strategy, design, and engineering.
• Working alongside customer-facing and strategic Product Managers, you’ll translate priorities into clear delivery plans, manage dependencies, and ensure features move predictably from concept to release.
• This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys orchestrating complex delivery, challenging plans when needed, and keeping teams aligned in a distributed, remote-first setup.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full delivery lifecycle from definition through deployment
• Lead release planning, sprint execution, and dependency management
• Coordinate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks (scope, blockers, technical debt)
• Track and communicate delivery performance using clear metrics
• Maintain momentum and alignment across multiple workstreams
• Success is measured by predictability, quality, and delivery velocity.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Delivery, Product Management, or Project Management roles
• Strong background in agile delivery and execution-focused environments
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and delivery pipelines
• Comfortable engaging with engineering teams on technical trade-offs
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills in remote or distributed teams
