Role: TikTok Shop Account Manager

Location: Remote UK (preferably London with clients being based down there)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a sharp TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead the performance, affiliate squad-building, and daily growth of TikTok Shop brands. This is a cross-functional role that blends trading, client servicing, and creator strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the go-to point of contact for your clients, fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and livestreams
  • Lead weekly performance calls, sharing insights and actions that genuinely move the needle.
  • Own the trading calendar for each brand: product drops, campaign windows, seasonal moments.
  • Identify and onboard TikTok affiliates who align with each brand’s audience and tone.
  • Build and manage ‘affiliates squads’—reliable, high-performing affiliates who consistently drive GMV on TikTok Shop.
  • Provide recommendations to optimise listings, pricing and performance for clients
  • Brief and coordinate live stream and creator activity to maximise conversion.
  • Track, report, and optimise towards GMV, ROAS, CTR, AOV, and key platform metrics.
  • Build and present performance reports with actionable insights that drive future decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, policies, and changes - translating them into clear guidance for clients.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the full funnel: content > traffic > conversion > retention.
  • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and paid media to drive integrated campaigns.

Who are we looking for?

  • You’ll have demonstrable experience on TikTok Shop
  • Have experience in account management, e-commerce trading, affiliate marketing, or creator management
  • Familiarity with retail calendars, product lifecycle, and social commerce incentives
  • Good understanding of paid media
  • Massively organised, with the ability to juggle lots of clients and tasks
  • You can work under pressure and be able to turn round tasks with short deadlines
  • Are entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
