Role Title: Commercial Marketing Manager / Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Department: Market Engagement

Reports to: Research Market Activation Lead/ Brand/Product Manager

Type: Permanent/ Full time

**Hours:**37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Marketing & ABM Manager to be a key driver of revenue growth. This role is fundamentally focused on converting marketing strategy into tangible commercial outcomes. You will use your commercial and marketing skillset to implement High-Impact tactics across the suite of engagement options with a direct line of sight to increasing sales and market share

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a commercially focussed marketeer who thrives on innovation, cutting edge solutions that drive high ROI outcomes. Within the overall strategy, the Commercial Marketing Manager (ABM) will deliver highly personalised campaigns that directly influence tender decisions, accelerate procurement cycles, and generate measurable pipeline growth.

Commercial Content & KOL Programme Implementation4. Measurement, Analytics & OptimisationPerson Specification: Essential Experience & Skills

  • Commercial or Marketing degree essential (BComm – Finance & Marketing)
  • Minimum 3 years experience marketing within a complex B2B healthcare environment.
  • Desirable – B2C online channels experience
  • Demonstrable experience in an ABM or tactical marketing role with a direct focus on generating pipeline and revenue. Must be able to show examples of campaigns that influenced sales outcomes.
  • A passion for testing new marketing technologies and strategic tactics. A data-driven mindset focused on ROI, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver commercial results on deadline.
  • Ability to select and deploy the most effective marketing tactics for a given commercial objective, moving beyond basic execution to strategic implementation.
  • Desirable – AI integration
  • Ability to work seamlessly with sales teams, understanding their targets and challenges, and acting as a true partner in revenue generation.
  • Superior written and verbal skills, with the ability to create compelling, commercial copy for a professional audience.
  • Highly commercial, with the ability to develop new ways to drive revenue and increase
  • profits.
  • IT literate across all Microsoft 365 platforms including TEAMS
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fully remote environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Sleeves rolled-up, “can-do” attitude
  • Solutions orientated
