Director of Strategic Business Development

Our client is an HR and Leadership Consultancy Firm seeking a dynamic and charismatic Senior Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive full lifecycle sales. You will play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual should be strategic and able to listed to clients and decipher business needs to build trusting long term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline building, lead fostering, outreach and pitch through close of new clients and growth of existing clients
• Lead outbound sales to drive results
• Strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations
• Manage sales functions operationally, making recommendations based on the growth of the business
• Partner with internal teams to understand value and positioning and make recommendations based on client feedback of service offerings and business needs
• Map new and emerging markets for opportunities
• Attend in person and virtual events to drive brand awareness and build relationships
• Build outreach messaging and fine tune based on traction and feedback

Qualifications

• You must have a proven track record selling services within the HR, Learning and Development and Leadership space.
• Existing relationships with CHRO, CEE, CEOs of Fortune 500 brands
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

This is a remote full-time role. Must be US based with experience selling HR, L+D and Leadership services.
