UGC Creative Strategist (UGC & Paid Media)Location: Australia (Remote) | Hours: Full-Time

Salary: $75k - $85k + Super (Negotiable based on experience)

At No Boring Content, we’re on a mission to kill bland advertising. We’re not just a UGC agency, we’re a team of creative thinkers who make performance ads that actually perform. If you’re tired of “safe” content that nobody remembers, you’ll fit right in.

We’re searching for our next Creative Strategist who lives and breathes UGC, ad psychology, and performance creative. Someone who can turn brand strategy into bold ideas, shape briefs that excite creators, and break down ad performance into sharp, actionable insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creative Concepting: Generate fun, culturally-tuned ad ideas that stop the scroll and spark engagement.
  • Brief Writing: Translate strategy into clear, inspiring UGC briefs that creators love to run with.
  • Creative Analysis: Dig into performance data, spot what’s working (and what’s not), and recommend smart iterations.
  • Client Alignment: Support strategy discussions, present your ideas with confidence, and link creative back to results.
  • Adaptability: Work across a range of brands from edgy start-ups to scaling 8-figure brands.

You Are

  • A creative-thinker who’s not afraid to pitch bold ideas.
  • Analytical, with a sharp eye for ad performance and customer psychology.
  • Experienced with at least 1+ years in a creative or performance role within an agency.
  • Culture-tuned across trends, memes, and what’s working right now on social.
  • Organised able to manage briefs, timelines, and feedback without constant hand-holding.
  • Results-focused you care about creative that converts, not just looks good.

Must-Have Experience

  • 1+ years agency experience (creative, digital, or paid media)
  • Experience writing creator briefs
  • Experience analysing ad creative performance and making recommendations
  • Strong understanding of customer personas & psychographics
