Our staffing firm is partnering with a growing organization seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing initiatives, website projects, and creative coordination efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats — part project coordinator, part website manager, part marketing operations support — and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Project Coordination
- Manage timelines and deliverables across marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with an external marketing/web agency
- Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders
- Keep projects organized and moving forward
Website & CMS Management
- Support an ongoing website redesign initiative
- Upload and manage content across WordPress and BigCommerce sites (training available)
- Ensure content accuracy and consistency across web properties
Creative & Vendor Management
- Manage two freelance designers — assign projects, track deadlines, review deliverables
- Provide light creative direction and ensure brand consistency
- Support light design needs in Canva when necessary
Agency Oversight
- Track deliverables from SEO/marketing partners
- Summarize reporting and updates for internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in marketing, marketing operations, or digital coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with agencies or external vendors
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Comfortable managing creative workflows
- Self-directed and detail-oriented
