Marketing Specialist

We are launching a new recruitment-focused project based in Luxembourg, operating across Europe, with a strong focus on IT and specialised profiles. We are looking for a Web & Marketing professional to collaborate on the setup and ongoing development of our digital presence.

What we need

• Creation of a clean, professional website (initially one-page)
• Setup and management of the company LinkedIn page
• Support with basic marketing activities (content, visibility, positioning)
• Analytics & performance tracking (data, conversions, insights)
• Ongoing availability to support and improve digital presence over time

Who we are looking for

• at least 3 years of experience in web, digital marketing or growth
• Comfortable working remotely
• English required (Italian is plus)
• Able to work independently and think pragmatically
• Interested in being part of a growing project, not just a one-off task

Collaboration model

• The collaboration structure is flexible and can be discussed together:
• Project-based fee
• Monthly collaboration
• Profit sharing or hybrid models (it will be discussed during the interview)
• We are open to defining the right setup during the interview, based on experience, availability and mutual expectations.
