We are a global regulatory compliance and cybersecurity consulting firm advising financial institutions, including investment managers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, private equity, private credit, venture capital, and any other financial services firm required to ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations around the globe.

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Manager to own and coordinate our end-to-end marketing efforts. This role sits at the center of marketing operations, driving content, campaigns, events, and communications while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

This person will act as the connective layer across design, CRM, leadership, and business development to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing output.

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns, Content, and Messaging

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web
  • Create and refine event titles, themes, and positioning
  • Own content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence
  • Write and edit marketing content including emails, alerts, social posts, and website copy
  • Support pitch materials including decks, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Input content onto our graphic design templates

Event Marketing

  • Manage end-to-end marketing for events including promotion, registration support, and follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams on event messaging and timelines
  • Oversee post-event communications including recaps and nurture campaigns

Email and CRM Coordination

  • Partner with CRM/data team to execute targeted email campaigns and alerts
  • Manage segmentation strategy and ensure accurate audience targeting
  • Track performance of email campaigns and optimize based on results

Website Management

  • Own website updates including new content, event pages, and general maintenance
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all published content
  • Work with developers or platforms as needed for updates and improvements

Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute social media content aligned with campaigns and events
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Monitor engagement and adjust strategy based on performance

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with graphic designers to develop marketing assets
  • Coordinate with leadership and business teams on priorities and messaging
  • Align with CRM/data stakeholders to ensure campaigns are data-driven and measurable

Alerts and Market Communications

  • Manage timely client communications based on relevant news or industry updates
  • Draft and distribute alert emails with clear, concise messaging

Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats
  • Experience managing email platforms and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with website CMS tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, data, and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event marketing and campaign management
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Experience supporting sales or business development materials
