VP of Marketing – FinTech – B2B

Working with over 8,000 financial services firms across the globe, our client was recently named one of G2’s ‘Top 100 Fastest Growing SaaS Companies’ for 2025. They have over 300 employees worldwide who are committed to supporting firms in streamlining & optimizing their processes through one central platform.

They are now looking for a VP of Marketing to join their team – an exciting opportunity to lead a team of marketing professionals with a strong focus on driving B2B SaaS revenue through a range of channels.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the UK, wider Europe or the East Coast of the USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead & mentor current marketing team, including a range of sub-categories
• Scale marketing team for long-term development of function
• Drive pipeline growth across a range of channels including paid media, SEO, email, and more
• Partner with internal teams (such as Sales & RevOps) to hit pipeline goals
• Track, measure & optimize campaign effectiveness through a range of reporting, delivering a range of data-driven insights
• Identify areas of improvement & deliver changes where needed

The Successful Candidate

• Experience leading & mentoring a Marketing Team of 5+ members
• Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS revenue through high-performing campaigns, with a demand generation focus
• Strong experience in data-driven positions
• A background in FinTech or similar (LegalTech, AccountancyTech etc.) would be a plus
• Based in the UK, wider Europe or the East Coast of the USA.

• Basic salary: up to £90,000
