Organic Content Lead / Creator

We’re looking for an exceptional Organic Content Lead / Creator to join our team across multiple fast-growing brands.

This is not a typical social media role.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes content.

Someone who understands attention.

Someone who understands storytelling.

Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling.

You will be responsible for helping build category-leading brands through world-class organic content.

That means:

filming, editing, creating, posting, testing and constantly improving.

We move fast.

Standards are high.

Ownership is expected.

This role is for someone who genuinely wants to do elite-level work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead organic content strategy across multiple brands
• Film founder-led content, UGC and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and Meta
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Spot trends and move quickly on opportunities
• Manage day-to-day social media posting
• Generate new content ideas, hooks and creative angles
• Analyse content performance and optimise based on data
• Help build category-leading social brands
