The Agency

A growing digital marketing agency is looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to join its expanding performance marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong ecommerce and PPC experience who enjoys working across a variety of exciting client campaigns within a fast-paced agency environment.

The agency works with a range of ecommerce brands and is continuing to grow its digital offering across Paid Search, Paid Social and performance marketing.

This role can be fully remote and offers genuine progression opportunities within a collaborative and ambitious team.

The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple ecommerce-focused client accounts.

You will work closely with clients, helping develop performance-driven digital strategies while driving strong ROI and campaign growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social
• Develop and implement ecommerce paid media strategies
• Drive performance across Google Shopping and feed-based campaigns
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies and performance optimisation
• Analyse campaign data and provide detailed client reporting
• Improve ROAS, conversions and customer acquisition performance
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with wider digital teams across SEO, Creative and Strategy
• Stay up to date with PPC, ecommerce and digital marketing trends

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong PPC and Paid Media experience within an agency environment
• Proven ecommerce campaign experience
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Google Shopping
• Experience with feed management and optimisation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of ROI and performance marketing
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Experience across Paid Search and ideally Paid Social
