Remote Marketing & Digital Content Specialist Job: Individuals must be located in EST or CST time zones Please no 3rd party or c2c candidates. Contract to Hire Pay Rate Range: $40-45.00 per hour We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional to support campaign execution across marketing automation platforms and website content systems. This role is focused on building, testing, and launching marketing assets — not strategy — and requires someone who enjoys working in the details and ensuring everything runs smoothly. We are targeting someone who is:

• A marketing automation specialist (not just email coordinator)
• Hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platform
• Comfortable working in HTML/CSS for email templates
• Experienced with CMS platforms (WordPress, Kentico, Umbraco, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong QA/testing mindset
• Able to manage multiple campaign builds and site updates simultaneously

Must-Have Requirements (in order of importance):

• 2-4 years of day-to-day hands-on experience with marketing automation (Pardot / Engagement Studio preferred)
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
• Strong experience with audience segmentation and list management
• Ability to edit and troubleshoot HTML/CSS for email templates
• Experience with campaign QA, testing, and deployment validation
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple campaign builds simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
• Familiarity with Engagement Studio / nurture programs
• Marketing automation certifications (Pardot, Dynamics 365)
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO
