Natural Heart Doctor (NHD) is a high-performance direct-to-consumer health brand
focused on helping people address root causes through education, supplements, and
testing. We operate with a testing-first, data-driven culture and move quickly.
We’re hiring a dedicated Marketing Manager to own and grow our Cholesterol
product line with direct responsibility for sales and margin outcomes.
The Outcome You Own
You are accountable for:
- $3,000,000 in annual sales
- 50% margin target
- Building and executing the plan to achieve both
Compensation + Work Setup
- 1099 contractor (30 + hours/week)
- Remote (any time zone)
- Base: $10,000/month
- Bonus: up to $40,000 based on performance
- Start date: March 16
Channels + Budget You’ll Lead
- Paid Media (primary)
- Social
- Agency management
- Affiliate interaction
- Organic
- Work in a high-volume paid environment supported by ~$30K/month ad spend capacity
Resources You’ll Have
- In-house designer / video editor / copywriter
- In-house analyst
- In-house email specialist
- Agency partners (as applicable)

- Shopify, WordPress
- GA4, ActiveCampaign
- Everflow
What You’ll Do
- Own the cholesterol line growth plan: strategy, execution leadership, and performance management
- Lead paid media outcomes through strong briefs, rapid testing, and agency accountability
- Improve funnel conversion and unit economics (CVR, AOV, CAC/MER, LTV)
- Align messaging across ads → landing pages → email/SMS → post-purchase
- Produce clear weekly reporting and lead cross-functional execution with speed
Required Experience / Traits
- Demonstrated ability to scale a DTC product line with profit focus
- Strong performance marketing instincts + data fluency
- Ownership mentality, speed, and testing discipline
- Comfortable managing agencies and collaborating with internal specialists
