About the Role
Native Pet is on a mission to raise the bar in pet wellness. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us do just that. You’ll play a key role in shaping a best-in-class eCommerce experience that’s thoughtful, intuitive, and elevated. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and creative problem solver, someone who brings strong user experience (UX) instincts, a refined visual eye, and deep eCommerce experience to every project. You’ll own the digital design experience across our direct-to-consumer site and collaborate closely with growth, creative, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end UX and user interface (UI) design process for nativepet.com, from concept to handoff
- Design mobile-first, conversion-driven landing pages, cart flows, and onsite features optimized for performance
- Partner with growth teams to bring performance insights into design iterations
- Collaborate with dev to ensure designs are both pixel-perfect and feasible
- Conduct light user research or leverage existing data to support UX decisions
- Think beyond standard templates- bringing bold, strategic ideas that elevate the brand while driving results
- Create systems and components that scale across our digital ecosystem
What Makes You Great
- 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience at high growth eCommerce brand/s
- Deep knowledge of UX best practices, mobile-first design principles, and CRO fundamentals
- Strong portfolio of conversion-optimized landing pages, cart/checkout flows, and digital product features
- Skilled in Figma and comfortable working with component libraries and responsive design
- Proactive, collaborative, and always pushing for better
- You have strong visual taste and an eye for detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, growth, product, and dev teams
