Job Location: Open to US Remote CandidatesJob Summary: At Nationwide Marketing Group (NMG), we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences and innovative solutions for our Members. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Omnichannel Marketing team and lead integrated marketing strategy and activation for top-tier Members. This role drives marketing growth initiatives across key categories, including Bedding and Furniture, with a primary focus on leading brands such as Serta Simmons Bedding, Tempur Sealy International, King Koil, and Ashley Sleep. The Senior Customer Marketing Manager partners closely with Members to understand business priorities and translate those insights into high-impact, digital-first marketing programs. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, sound judgment, and clear communication. Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and execution of integrated, digital-first marketing strategies aligned to Member business goals and category priorities.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Communications, Field Sales, and Merchant teams to align strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Serves as the primary marketing partner for assigned enterprise Members, building trusted relationships and deep understanding of their business objectives.
  • Translates Member insights into actionable marketing plans, activation calendars, and campaign briefs.
  • Oversees end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment to strategy.
  • Defines success metrics and partners with analytics teams to track, analyze, and communicate campaign performance and post-promotional results.
  • Identifies insights and opportunities to optimize future programs and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepares and delivers customer presentations, marketing recaps, and monthly or quarterly business reviews, synthesizing objectives, performance, and learnings to inform future plans.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of digital and omnichannel marketing trends, translating best practices into actionable insights for Vendor Partners, Retailers, Field Representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, retailer marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Digital marketing experience across relevant channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, retailer marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, social, point-of-sale, promotions, and sales enablement materials.
  • Experience managing digital advertising platforms and evaluating campaign performance.
  • Ability to apply shopper, consumer, and industry insights to drive marketing strategy and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Executive-level professionalism with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of creative processes and design best practices.
  • Approaches work strategically with a focus on results and continuous improvement.

Work Environment: Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions.
