Customer Marketing Lead

Responsibilities and duties:

• Own organic acquisition strategy for the CPro segment across SEO, content marketing, and LLM optimization.
• Conduct keyword, topic, and intent research to identify high-value search opportunities and shape the content roadmap.
• Develop and optimize content and landing experiences for organic discovery, including technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Build an approach to improve Adobe's visibility in AI-generated answers and assistant surfaces where CPro prospects research tools.
• Define and report on organic acquisition measurement, establishing baselines, targets, and tracking for organic-sourced signups and value.
• Run structured experiments to validate which organic motions drive qualified CPro acquisition.
• Partner closely with Content, Web, Product Marketing, Analytics, and external agencies to execute and document a playbook for continuity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, content marketing, or acquisition marketing roles.
• Proven ability to grow organic acquisition with measurable downstream business impact, not vanity metrics.
• Strong understanding of technical and content SEO, keyword research, and how LLMs surface and cite content.
• Excellent analytical skills, with fluency in web and acquisition analytics and the ability to design and read experiments.
• Self-directed and execution-oriented, able to move from strategy to measurable output within a fixed term.
• Strong communication skills, able to make a data-backed case for channel investment to senior stakeholders.
