The Role
- We're hiring a Senior Growth Manager to lead paid social strategy and performance across a portfolio of our clients.
- We want someone who can set the standard for our growth function and grow into our Head of Growth inside 12 months. Hit the markers and the role is yours.
- You'll own media buying across your accounts, hands on, but this is bigger than execution. You're the growth manager for those clients, responsible for the strategy, the data analysis, and the reporting, working alongside our best internal teams to build ads that scale profitably and leave a cultural mark. You'll live in the ad accounts and own the thinking above them.
- You'll need to be proactive, flawlessly detailed, and able to problem solve at speed. You'll work closely with our in-house Strategy, Creative, and Influencer teams to drive exceptional results every month.

What You'll Do
- Own the paid social strategy and media buying across your portfolio of clients
- Run and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms with significant budgets
- Own the data analysis and reporting for your accounts, and turn it into clear next moves
- Analyse creative performance and brief our Creative and Influencer teams on what to make next
- Identify growth opportunities, run fast tests, and scale the wins
- Prevent churn by spotting issues early and leading with solutions
- Drive impact across video, static, and motion formats
- Set the standard for how growth gets done here, the processes, the rigour, the way wins and losses get shared across accounts so the whole team gets better
- Use AI daily to think faster, work faster, and stay ahead
This Role Is For You If
- You want to run a portfolio of globally recognised accounts and shape their growth strategy
- You care about creative quality and commercial results in equal measure
- You can switch from big-picture strategy to pixel-level detail without dropping either
- You love performance marketing and want to work on some of the best accounts out there
- You're comfortable under pressure, solve problems fast, and own the outcome
- You want a real shot at leading the function, not just managing accounts
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level paid social experience. You've run and scaled high-performance Meta and TikTok campaigns hands on, with significant budgets behind them.
- Fluent in growth metrics. CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, AOV, MER. You know what they mean and how to actually move them.
- Strong on data and reporting. You can pull the story out of the numbers and present it so a client knows exactly what's happening and why.
- Obsessive attention to detail. You check every URL, every number, every report. Twice.
- Analytical and creative thinker. You can break down exactly why something worked and how to make it better.
- Creative intuition. You understand what makes a good ad, from UGC to motion to meme-style statics.
- Confident communicator. You're comfortable leading calls, presenting strategy, and defending decisions with data.
- AI-native. You already use AI daily and it has changed how you work. This one is non-negotiable.
- A builder, not an inheritor. You take ownership, fix problems before they escalate, and raise the bar around you.
Fintech, AI, or SaaS experience is a strong plus but not essential if the paid social pedigree is there.
What Success Looks Like
- 0 to 3 months Fully onboarded across your portfolio and our systems. Managing campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting independently. Demonstrating the detail and proactive communication we hire for.
- 6 months Driving measurable improvements across CAC, ROAS, and new customer acquisition. Trusted by your clients and our internal teams. Contributing real insight to creative and strategy, not just reporting numbers.
- 12 months Consistently scaling your accounts profitably. Recognised internally as one of the best paid social operators we have. Setting the standard for the wider growth team and on the table for Head of Growth.
