Partnerships & Community Lead

Charava is a premium wellness and longevity brand, empowering people to take control of their health through high-quality, science-backed supplements. We’re expanding rapidly across digital and retail channels—and we’re now hiring a Partnerships & Community Lead to grow our ambassador network, lead community engagement, and expand our strategic brand partnerships.

_Key Responsibilities_Ambassador & Influencer Strategy

• Develop and execute a scalable brand ambassador strategy that drives awareness, trust, and reach.
• Build authentic, long-term relationships with micro-influencers, wellness professionals, and aligned creators.
• Oversee onboarding, content coordination, and performance tracking of ambassadors and UGC creators.

Community Engagement & Tester Network

• Launch and grow an engaged product tester community to gather feedback, testimonials, and drive early product traction.
• Manage community engagement across platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, email) with creative and informative content.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the brand, ensuring community feedback informs marketing and product strategy.

Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and negotiate partnerships with wellness brands, platforms, and thought leaders aligned with Charava’s mission.
• Support co-branded campaigns, joint content, and retail collaboration opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or community growth (DTC or wellness space a plus)
• A deep understanding of social-first storytelling, credibility-driven marketing, and creator culture
• Proven ability to build systems and relationships from scratch
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a startup-style environment
• Passion for health, wellness, or longevity is a strong advantage
