We’re on the hunt for a Digital Analyst who lives and breathes GA4, GTM, and digital optimisation. If you’re a technical thinker with a strategic mindset and a love for solving complex tagging challenges, this is your moment.
This is a 12-month max-term contract role with the opportunity to make a real impact and lead mission-critical digital measurement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups—including server-side tagging.
- Translate business needs into technical tracking specifications and digital measurement strategies.
- Build and manage advanced data layers, ecommerce tracking, cross-domain tracking, and user ID frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver clean, reliable, and actionable data.
- Troubleshoot and optimise existing implementations using JavaScript, HTML, and browser dev tools.
- Build and refine data models and marketing spend analysis using SQL, BigQuery, and data exported from GA or GSC.
- Provide actionable insights that drive ROI-positive digital marketing efforts.
- Keep us ahead of the curve on the latest adtech, martech, and privacy innovations.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- Extensive experience in digital analytics, implementation, or technical marketing roles.
- Expert-level skills in GTM and GA4, including server-side tagging, ecommerce, and advanced configuration.
- A strong grasp of JavaScript & HTML for debugging and troubleshooting tag issues.
- Solid SQL and BigQuery skills for working with raw analytics data.
- Knowledge of ad platforms and APIs, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- A strategic mindset and outstanding communication skills—you can bridge technical and non-technical teams with ease.
- A self-starter attitude—you’re comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, and thrive working autonomously.
