Director, Client Partner

Job Title: Director, Client Partner Location-Type: Remote (EST hours) Start Date Is: Beginning of May 2026 Duration: 3 Month Contract (with option to extend) Compensation Range: $65-70/hour W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship . Job Description:

• 8+ years in agency environment (required) - Performance Marketing Agency
• Strong background in retail and/or eCommerce (DTC preferred)
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-channel accounts
• Exposure to omnichannel media (TV, CTV, digital, paid media, etc.)
• Experience working across both brand + performance marketing

Skillset

• Excellent client communication (clear, direct, confident)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong project management (PM) skills
• Comfortable delegating and coordinating across teams (no formal people management required)
• Strategic thinker with ability to form and communicate a clear POV
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment

Profile Fit

• Proactive, self-sufficient (little to no hand-holding needed) Strong at managing up and influencing senior stakeholders
• Comfortable being the face of the account day-to-day
• Experience in DTC / eCommerce-driven businesses
