As Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll take the reins on campaign development, product marketing, retail support, and brand partnerships. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you’ll shape go-to-market strategies that spark conversation, deepen loyalty, and drive performance across digital and IRL.
The Role:
- Lead brand and product marketing from concept to execution across channels
- Own marketing calendars, new product launches, and omnichannel campaigns
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Digital, PR, and Sales
- Develop compelling storytelling, packaging briefs, and retail marketing assets
- Spearhead brand activations, sampling strategies, and co-branded collaborations
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and refine strategy based on insights
The Ideal Candidate:
- 4–6 years of brand or product marketing experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
- Deep understanding of consumer trends, cultural moments, and the digital marketing landscape
- Strong visual eye, with experience working with creative and production teams
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and results
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator
- Passionate about purpose-driven brands and community-centric marketing
