This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company seeking to take its marketing to a new level. The company is in the retail industry and has over 40 locations throughout the West Coast. They are consistently growing with a quality-over-quantity mindset.

The Marketing Manager will execute and manage day-to-day marketing initiatives that support guest acquisition, retention, and brand growth. This person will translate the Marketing Director's strategic direction into actionable campaigns and programs across channels. They will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing and measurable results. They will reflect the mission in all interactions with team members and guests.

*This is a fully-remote position. They are looking for this person ideally on the West Coast.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the company marketing calendar, ensuring a consistent cadence of campaigns and structured campaign review
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, direct mail, social, and in-store channels
  • Coordinate timelines, vendors, and creative assets to ensure timely execution
  • Track and report on campaign performance using defined KPI’s
  • Provide regular analysis and recommendations to improve effectiveness and return on spend
  • Maintain dashboards and documentation that support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure all materials reflect brand standards and position the company as a category leader
  • Coordinate production of store-level collateral and promotional assets
  • Partner with vendors to maintain high design and messaging standards
  • Execute Email and SMS campaigns and manage audience segmentation
  • Support loyalty and retention initiatives designed to increase guest frequency and lifetime value.
  • Coordinate store support for store openings, promotions, and local initiatives
  • Partner with operations to align marketing and field needs
  • Assist fleet sales with marketing materials and lead generation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in multi-location, B2C marketing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
