We are looking for an experienced operational lead for a high-volume creator activation for a major mobile gaming brand. You will be the central point, managing the end-to-end delivery of video assets from a diverse roster of creators. Your goal is to shield the creative process from chaos, ensuring that every deliverable arrives on time, on brief, and ready for launch without the client ever seeing the "messy middle."

Project: Mobile Gaming Activation

Duration: 2 Months (Fixed Term/Contract)

Location: Remote (Must work UK hours)

Remuneration: $6,000 to $14,000 Project Fee based on experience

Start Date: Immediate

Here is what you will be doing:

• Run a campaign delivery end-to-end (one-month content calendar + creator activations)
• Manage a roster of creators: outreach support, onboarding, briefing, scheduling, approvals, posting, and follow-through
• Turn a creative brief into a live production plan: deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and daily tasking
• Coordinate content production workflows: scripts, shot lists, edit notes, formats, specs, platform requirements
• Ensure creators have everything they need to execute fast: assets, talking points, product access, feedback prompts
• Collect creator feedback through ongoing interactions (DMs, WhatsApp, email) and structure it into usable product insights
• Maintain clear reporting: weekly progress updates, live tracker of deliverables, risks, issues, and next actions
• Budget discipline: track creator fees, production costs, travel and expenses when applicable

Who we are looking for

• 3–7 years of experience in creator campaigns, social production, or influencer program management.
• Proven experience running multi-creator delivery programs at speed
• Strong production instincts: you can spot weak concepts, fix briefs and raise quality without drama
• Comfortable with data capture and turning it into structured insights
• Strong ops: trackers, timelines, checklists, approvals, version control
• Calm under pressure, decisive, highly organised, low-ego and delivery-obsessed
• Gaming or challenge-based platforms experience, community-driven growth experience (Discord, Reddit)
