Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive sales. This is a full-time remote position.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience working in social media marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities.
• Strong knowledge about all social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Youtube & Facebook
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly in-tune w/ trends & culture
• A social butterfly that loves daily human interaction
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability yo work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
