Job Description
Posted on: August 4, 2026
Job Description Our client is an innovative lifestyle brand built on the thrill of product discovery and curated experiences. Through an award-winning subscription service, a bustling e-commerce storefront, and engaging editorial content, they highlight artisan craftsmanship, emerging brands, and unique products designed to enrich everyday life. Alongside their core flagship brand, they also operate a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer travel and gear venture. Known best for clever, high-utility luggage and lifestyle accessories, this companion brand delivers premium, modern travel essentials without the inflated luxury price tag. They sell directly via Shopify, Amazon, and select retail partners. The Opportunity We are searching for an agile Growth Marketing Strategist to oversee acquisition initiatives across both brand portfolios. Sitting at the center of their growth strategy, you will manage a multi-million-dollar paid media budget, architect cross-channel expansion, and collaborate with internal teams to scale revenue profitability. What You’ll Do
- Scale Paid Social Channels: Own and optimize a multi-million-dollar growth budget across Meta, Pinterest, and emerging networks. Continuously iterate on creative assets, targeting, bidding, and funnel design to consistently meet ROAS goals.
- Manage Agency Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for external search media partners (Google/Paid Search), offering strategic direction and ensuring cross-channel alignment.
- Build & Optimize Landing Pages: Utilize Shopify to independently build, launch, and test conversion-focused landing pages for performance campaigns.
- Drive Data-Backed Attribution & Testing: Make strategic decisions using advanced attribution frameworks (MMM, geo-lift experiments, holdouts, and post-purchase surveys).
- Execute Strategic Experimentation: Design and run structured A/B tests and cross-channel lift studies, surfacing actionable insights to company leadership.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee daily performance metrics, manage budget allocations, and lead weekly growth updates for key executives.
- Fuel Creative Pipelines: Partner closely with internal creative and design teams to identify messaging gaps and map out high-performing video and static assets.
- Integrate Social & Influencer Efforts: Collaborate with the organic social and creator teams to align influencer efforts with broader acquisition goals.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space, directly managing $2M+ in annual ad spend.
- Deep technical expertise running paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Shopify proficiency: Comfort constructing landing pages, configuring custom promos/bundles, and partnering with developers on CVR optimization.
- Measurement expertise: Strong grasp of incrementality testing, geo-experiments, MMM, and platform lift studies.
- Analytical strength: Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and Shopify analytics to build clear dashboards and extract insights from raw data.
- AI integration: Proven track record of leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, speed up execution, or prototype assets.
- Cross-functional leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate smoothly across Creative, Product, and Merchandising teams.
- Proactive owner mindset: A healthy balance of strategic vision and a willingness to get hands-on in the day-to-day work.
