Bookmap is a leading market visualization and trading platform used by thousands of traders worldwide across stocks, futures, and cryptocurrencies. We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, engage our community, and strengthen our organic presence across social media.

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial markets is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Bookmap's organic social media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Manage and grow multiple social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
• Plan and maintain content calendars, editorial schedules, and publishing workflows.
• Create, publish, and optimize engaging content, including graphics, videos, educational content, product updates, and company news.
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy that drives engagement and community growth.
• Monitor, moderate, and engage with our online communities by responding to comments and messages.
• Track social media performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on key KPIs.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, social media trends, and competitor activity to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Education teams to support campaigns, product launches, webinars, and special events.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the team lead, providing actionable insights, campaign updates, key trends, and recommendations to improve organic social media performance.
• Take ownership of additional tasks and cross-functional initiatives assigned by the team to support evolving business needs and company goals**.What We're Looking For**

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Community Management, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage and grow multiple social media channels simultaneously.
• Experience planning and maintaining content calendars and editorial schedules across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with excellent written English.
• Experience creating engaging visual and video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Metricool, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, trading, or financial services.
• Experience managing communities on Discord or Reddit.
• Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.
