Mercier Consultancy Europe is seeking a driven Dutch Speaking Sales Specialist to join our remote team based in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding existing client relationships in Dutch-speaking markets. Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions will be key to your success. If you thrive in a competitive sales environment and are passionate about delivering results, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market through proactive outreach and networking
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and video conference to assess their needs and present our offerings
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads and managing customer relationships in our CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and improve lead generation efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is a plus
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote or technology-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales techniques
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate client schedules and time zones
