People Architects is excited to partner with our client, a fast‑growing consumer brand as we recruit for an Advocate & Client Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional support to both our independent field representatives and our customers.
About the Opportunity:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑channel support environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in solving problems with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
You’ll serve as a key liaison — resolving inquiries, bridging gaps between departments, and ensuring both Advocates and Clients have the tools, information, and support they need to succeed. This is a hands‑on, problem‑solving role with opportunities to learn and grow under the guidance of a highly supportive manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, high‑quality support to Advocates and Clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries related to commissions, policies, promotions, orders, and basic product information
- Research and resolve commission disputes and coordinate replacement or compensated orders
- Track, document, and manage all interactions within the CRM to maintain service standards and SLAs
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, IT, Admin, Returns) to resolve issues and share feedback
- Maintain service metrics including first response time, resolution time, and overall client satisfaction
- Assist with special projects, seasonal coverage, and occasional scheduled weekend work during peak periods
Qualifications (required and preferred):
- 2+ years of customer service or client support experience (remote experience preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a “can‑do” attitude and team‑player mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, active listening, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with Gorgias is a plus)
- Familiarity with direct sales or brand ambassador programs preferred but not required
