Role Details

As a MentorWay Student Brand Ambassador, you’ll help grow awareness of MentorWay within student and early-career communities by creating and sharing content across social media and campus networks.

You’ll play a visible role in shaping how MentorWay shows up online — helping us communicate what we’re building, why mentorship matters, and how students can get involved. This role is about authentic advocacy rather than polished marketing: sharing real experiences, sparking conversations, and helping us reach students who could benefit from structured mentorship.

The role involves creating and posting content on agreed social platforms, engaging with relevant conversations, and feeding insights back to the MentorWay team to help refine our messaging and approach.

This role is ideal for students who enjoy building communities, are active on social media, and want hands-on experience contributing to an early-stage education and mentoring platform.

Who We're Looking For

  • London based university students (18+)
  • Currently studying any discipline
  • Active and confident using social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Strong written communication skills and an authentic online voice
  • Interest in careers, personal development, mentoring, or education
  • Comfortable representing a brand publicly and engaging with peers online
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Role Details

  • Fully virtual paid role
  • Time commitment: light and flexible, typically 2–3 hours per week
  • Activities may include:
  • Creating and sharing posts about MentorWay
  • Reposting and commenting on MentorWay content
  • Promoting opportunities (e.g. pilot programmes, events, demos)
  • Sharing feedback on what resonates with students
