Digital Marketing Manager – SEO/SEM, Website & Strategic Communications (Healthcare Sector)

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in SEO and ideally SEM, who is ready to take the next step in their career by owning and driving the entire digital marketing strategy of a leading healthcare company. This is a unique opportunity for a digital expert to evolve into a strategic leadership role, shaping the online presence of MDx CRO across platforms and markets.

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of our digital strategy, with a strong focus on website performance, LinkedIn engagement, and SME-driven communications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital voice reflects our leadership in the MedTech and IVD sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a company-wide digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.

• Lead the content, structure, and performance of our corporate website, ensuring it supports visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, aligning content with brand voice and business goals.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal teams to develop compelling, targeted communications.

• Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, providing strategic insights and continuous optimisation.

• Stay ahead of digital trends in healthcare, CRO, and B2B marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in SEO; SEM experience is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated ability to strategise and execute across digital channels, especially websites and LinkedIn.

• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, IVD, or clinical research sectors is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional and international teams.

• Fluent in English (C1-C2 level);

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of digital marketing at MDx CRO.
