Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement. We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole. Now we look for a LGBTQ+ Brand Manager to join our Marketing team Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal voice for LGBTQ+ audiences, ensuring all relevant campaigns and communications are culturally informed, respectful, and resonate with LGBTQ+ audiences globally
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns that speak to LGBTQ+ audiences, contributing from brief through to execution
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team, acting as a key partner on LGBTQ+ representation across features, categories, user experience, and tone of voice
  • Support the Events team by providing cultural insight and creative input to ensure activations are authentic and relevant to LGBTQ+ audiences
  • Partner with the Social team to help shape LGBTQ+ channel strategy and content
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Community, Copy, and Product teams to ensure LGBTQ+ perspectives are embedded throughout campaign development and execution
  • Review and provide guidance on copy, visuals, and messaging to ensure work is culturally informed, relevant, and aligned with LGBTQ+ audiences globally
  • Collaborate with the Talent Manager to identify and recommend LGBTQ+ creators for campaigns, partnerships, and potential brand ambassador opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with LGBTQ+ creators, communities, and partners to ensure ongoing insight and feedback loops
  • Identify opportunities for growth within LGBTQ+ audiences, contributing to strategies that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention
  • 4+ years experience in brand, marketing, or campaign roles, ideally within digital, entertainment, or community-led platforms
  • Strong understanding of LGBTQ+ communities, culture, and nuance, with the ability to translate this into relevant and effective marketing and product input
  • Brings either lived experience or a deep, demonstrated connection to LGBTQ+ communities
  • Confident working cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Social, and Creative teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate feedback and influence decisions
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of taste and what resonates with audiences
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute to campaign execution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting as priorities evolve
  • Open to relocating to Cyprus and working closely with the team on-site

Qualification That Can Be a Plus

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience working within entertainment or other community-led, creator-driven platforms
  • Experience working with or marketing to LGBTQ+ audiences
