We're one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer electronics e-commerce stores. We invest millions annually in Google Ads, affiliate networks, and paid channels — and it works. We have over 100,000 UK customers, 10,000+ five-star reviews across Google and Trustpilot, and rock-bottom prices because we don't waste money on physical stores or expensive showrooms. We pass those savings directly to our customers.
Our products sell themselves. But here's the gap: our social media presence is practically zero.
That means potential customers who find us through ads or search are sometimes hesitant to spend hundreds of pounds on electronics from a brand they haven't seen before — even though our reviews and pricing speak for themselves. We need someone to close that trust gap by building a real, visible brand presence across social media.
The opportunity
This is a blank canvas. You'll have a proven, revenue-generating business behind you, a massive base of happy customers to draw from, and full autonomy over how you build and deliver. No legacy accounts to inherit, no "we've always done it this way" — just a clear mandate to make A1 Tech Deals a recognised and trusted name in UK consumer electronics.
Scope of workSocial Media Management — Own our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X. Plan, create, and post content consistently. Build our following from zero, develop a content calendar, engage with our audience, and turn 10,000+ glowing reviews and 100,000+ customers into a brand story that new buyers trust on sight.
Sponsored Content & Creator Partnerships — Identify and reach out to content creators and influencers in the electronics and tech space. Negotiate and manage sponsorship deals, product placements, and paid collaborations. Coordinate gifting, briefs, and deliverables to ensure content aligns with our brand and drives measurable results.
Affiliate Programme — Manage and optimise our AWIN affiliate programme. Recruit publishers, negotiate commission structures, and scale the channel.
Paid Ads (supporting) — Support existing campaigns on Google Shopping, Meta, and TikTok Ads where needed.
What we're looking for
Someone with 2–4 years of e-commerce marketing experience who has actually done this before — not just managed a posting schedule, but built brand presence and negotiated creator deals that moved the needle. Specifically:
- Experience managing brand social media accounts and creating content regularly
- A proven track record managing sponsored content deals with YouTubers, TikTokers, or Instagram creators — ideally in tech or electronics
- Hands-on experience with AWIN or similar affiliate networks
- Strong short-form video creation skills (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Data-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
Nice to have: Google/Meta/TikTok Ads experience, familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms, existing relationships with tech content creators.
Engagement model
Monthly retainer plus performance-based commission tied to growth outcomes. Details discussed with the right candidate.
