Mayfield Hotels, launched in September 2025 by the original founders of Magnuson Hotels, is a new hospitality brand built to help independent hotels compete and grow through brand strength, commercial support, technology, and modern marketing.
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand, B2B, and B2C marketing initiatives across our expanding portfolio. This role works directly with the Leadership Team and will play a key part in building awareness, driving demand, and establishing scalable marketing systems as the brand grows in the U.S. and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategy
Drive B2B marketing programs targeting hotel owners and partners
Oversee guest-facing (B2C) campaigns to increase bookings and loyalty
Manage digital marketing channels (website, paid media, email, social)
Lead agency/vendor relationships and marketing performance reporting
Help shape the long-term roadmap and build a future marketing team
Qualifications
5+ years in marketing (hospitality or technology preferred)
Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing
Strong digital, brand, and performance marketing skills
Comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
