
Influencer Relationship and Recruitment Manager

We are hiring for a Muslim NGO that relies on digital campaigns and one-to-one influencer partnerships to raise awareness and drive donations for humanitarian work. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead the influencer recruitment and relationship management efforts — someone who deeply understands both the influencer space and nonprofit fundraising dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Recruitment
• Research, identify, and vet influencers aligned with our values, target audience, and campaigns.
• Focus on micro and mid-tier Muslim influencers with strong engagement in relevant regions (UK, Australia, US, etc.).
• Initiate outreach across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email).
• Track outreach status, responses, and relationships via Airtable or similar CRM tools.
2. Relationship Management
• Build and maintain authentic, long-term relationships with influencers.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned influencers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Onboard new influencers and provide ongoing support throughout the partnership.
3. Content Direction and Campaign Planning
• Provide influencers with clear content briefs and campaign expectations based on our fundraising goals.
• Customize messaging and creative guidance per influencer style and audience.
• Coordinate with the creative team (if applicable) to provide assets or templates.
4. Performance Tracking
• Monitor influencer performance using UTM links, fundraising platforms, and social analytics.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports including reach, engagement, and amount raised.
• Recommend changes based on performance (e.g., retarget, increase % share, renegotiate terms).
5. Contracting and Negotiation
• Handle negotiation of terms, including % per fundraiser or fixed project fees.
• Draft and manage influencer contracts with support from the legal/finance team.
• Track and renew contracts, identifying high-performing profiles to transition to long-term partnerships.
6. Deployment Coordination (Field Trips)
• Prepare selected influencers for on-the-ground trips (logistics, agenda, content strategy).
• Work with internal teams to manage all pre-deployment briefings and expectations.
• Ensure influencers produce required content and maintain safety and brand integrity.
Preferred Experience & Skills
• 2+ years experience managing influencer relationships (NGO, advocacy, or cause-based marketing preferred).
• Strong network or understanding of Muslim social media creators.
• Skilled in outreach, negotiation, and people-first communication.
• Fluent in influencer platforms, basic campaign tracking, and CRM tools like Airtable or Notion.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Bonus: speaks French or Arabic.
KPIs / Deliverables
• Monthly outreach volume
• Conversion rate (from contact to collaboration)
• Total amount raised per campaign or influencer
• Engagement and reach metrics from influencer content
• Number of active, retained influencers on a monthly basis
