The Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our lean, international team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and improve our content and communication channels, ensuring that our marketing engine runs smoothly, consistently, and with impact. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role that requires both operational rigor and strategic curiosity. Responsibilities Content Operations
- Manage the content pipeline and marketing asset archive
- Coordinate publishing schedules to ensure content is delivered on time and with high quality
- Review and edit articles for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with our positioning
- Maintain visual consistency by monitoring brand and design guidelines across all materials
SEO and Performance Monitoring
- Track and report SEO performance of published articles
- Identify opportunities to improve search visibility and traffic
- Stay updated on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and evolving search behavior patterns
Strategic Marketing Execution
- Maintain and improve the social media calendar to ensure timely, consistent posts
- Align marketing efforts with ongoing sales campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Suggest improvements to the content strategy based on performance data and industry trends
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or editorial operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail — you spot typos and off-brand visuals instinctively
- Self-starter mindset — willing to take ownership, even of repetitive or unglamorous tasks
- Interest in search engine trends, especially in AI-driven content discovery
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or financial services
- Understanding of content analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Background or education in journalism, communications, or marketing
