The Role

We are looking for a Client Success Account Manager to be the right hand to our Founder. This person will serve as the bridge between clients, strategy, and our creative and technical team. You will oversee client communication, manage project workflows, and ensure deliverables are executed on time and with excellence.

This is a leadership-minded role. You are not just keeping tasks moving, you are making sure our clients feel supported, heard, and confident that their marketing is in capable hands.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and building strong relationships.
  • Translate client goals into clear deliverables and assign tasks to contractors such as graphic design, paid ads, and SEO.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and next steps.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve their results.
  • Maintain detailed client records, workflows, and campaign updates inside our systems such as Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
  • Coordinate with contractors and hold them accountable for quality and deadlines.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into our agency.
  • Support the Founder with agency operations and internal processes as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Agency experience required.
  • Proven background in account management, client success, or project management in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with data and reporting, able to interpret results and explain them clearly to clients.
  • Tech-savvy with project management and marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM/project tools.
  • Familiarity with paid media and creative workflows is a plus. You do not need to run ads or design graphics, but you must be able to oversee these areas, communicate results, and provide clear direction to contractors.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys taking ownership.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to manage contractors and keep projects moving without micromanagement.
