Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Public Relations Assistant. As a PR & Executive Assistant, you will support the Founder, Talent Managers, and wider team across influencer partnerships, PR, events, and day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution across campaigns, talent needs, brand relationships, and internal workflows.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing, PR, and talent management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in influencer marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service with a focus on public relations support
• Knowledge of public relations and experience building media relationships
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• A degree or relevant experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is a plus

Working hours: US time zone preferred
