Role Description

We’re looking for a Content Creator who loves being on camera, lives for reality TV, and knows how to create scroll-stopping social content.

This is a remote, contract role for a Content Creator specializing in Reality TV and Social Media. This person will help build the voice and presence of Goss across social platforms through short-form video, reactive content, and creative storytelling.

The Content Creator will develop engaging, trend-driven, and relevant content for the platform, leveraging their expertise in reality TV and social media trends. Tasks include brainstorming and executing creative content ideas, managing social media channels, conducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest in entertainment and popular culture, and collaborating with the team to deliver audience-focused experiences.

What You'll Do

• Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
• Appear on camera discussing reality TV moments, predictions, and trending pop culture topics
• Film, shoot, and edit engaging content around episodes, reactions, and weekly recaps
• Help develop the creative voice and personality of Goss online
• Set up camera equipment for shoots
• Edit fast-turnaround content optimized for social algorithms
• Brainstorm and test new content formats, hooks, and trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, influencer activations, and launches
• Monitor social trends and reality TV moments to jump on viral opportunities quickly

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable on camera and naturally engaging
• Strong interest in reality TV and pop culture
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Ability to shoot and produce content independently
• Familiar with lighting, audio, and camera setup
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to create attention-grabbing hooks
• Fast, scrappy, and able to produce content quickly
• A self-starter/go-getter mindset
• Understanding of what performs well on social platforms
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a remote team

Bonus Points

• Personal content creator experience or a social following
• Meme culture fluency
• Experience covering reality TV or entertainment content
• Motion graphics or advanced editing skills
