Role Description

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives that promote our brand, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our online presence. You will collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, manage digital campaigns, and support a variety of marketing projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and passionate about digital marketing, branding, and project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in marketing while working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and company websites.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and engagement across social media channels when appropriate.
  • Assist with creating marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members on marketing initiatives.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports using marketing analytics tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing initiatives.
  • Support event marketing, promotional campaigns, and partnership initiatives when needed.
  • Maintain marketing databases, calendars, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support lead generation efforts.
  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging messages for various audiences and channels.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation efforts, collaborate with the sales team, and understand customer needs.
  • Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to help organize, promote, and execute virtual and in-person marketing events.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, manage tasks, and keep multiple marketing initiatives on track.
  • Relevant qualifications include familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media management tools, CRM systems), basic data analysis skills, and proficiency with office productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is beneficial but not strictly required.
