Role Description
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant / Coordinator (remote, part-time or contract) to support marketing campaigns and client projects. You’ll:
- Onboard and manage 3 clients initially in the first couple of months, increasing to 5–8 over time
- Assist in internal marketing for us to grow our brand
- Create high-quality content in Canva or Adobe
- Build landing pages, perform UX research, and support paid advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and develop engaging campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and contribute to strategy
- Support sales initiatives and help achieve strategic business goals
You’ll receive guidance but also have the autonomy to take ownership of projects — ideal for someone ready to expand their marketing expertise across multiple channels.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels (content, social, ads, SEO, website)
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience building landing pages and running basic paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
- Knowledge of UX research principles and ability to apply insights to content and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize marketing efforts
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients/projects independently
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics software, and reporting dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns from concept to completion
- Relevant degree or professional background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory)
